Below are some details on what you as a parent can expect during our spring season:

• Games are usually from April - May with practices beginning in March
• We hold Monday night league workouts and you can expect to have 2 more practices in addition to that per week - this item is being reconisdered with the introduction of Spring All Stars (stay tuned for more details)
• We do our best to schedule 2 games a week per team with one on a week night and one on a Saturday
• Field availability will be allocated to teams based on coaches preference days for practice, but ultimately the coach is in charge of making their own practice schedule. 
• Practices scheduled by the league will be at Midway Park. Any other field usage would not be allocated by the league and would be on a first come first serve basis. Find a patch of grass and respect the other leagues field allocations.
• Home games for ALL divisions will be held at  Midway Park. As we do play other leagues be prepared to also travel to Kuna, Meridian, and East Boise
• As a parent you are expected to volunteer at our snack bar, we normally do 2-hour slots, and you will be sent instructions on how to sign up.
• A calendar of events such as parent meeting, jamboree, picture day, and any other league events will be posted on our site/social media and sent via email to registered families.
• During registration and prior to teams being formed league updates will come to you via email using our sports engine communication system for registered families. After teams are formed most communication will come to you from your assigned coach as they receive information.
• We hold assessments per division where coaches will watch players run through specific drills to be able to then participate in a draft to choose their players. We do not intend to cut any players based on skill, provided we have enough adequate coaches all players will be assigned a team.
• Coaches receive their rosters with your contact info 1-2 days after the draft is completed and are expected to contact you within that week to welcome you to the team.
• At the end of the season divisions from 8U-14/16U will have playoffs and then a championship game.
